Experience: I joined MRIoA after an over 30-year senior leadership career in the healthcare field working for some of the world’s largest payer and provider organizations, making the system work better for members, provide and payers across finance and operations.
Insight: Making the operational processes at MRIoA seamless and efficient is my passion. There is always a better way care for our clients and our employees to get them the best possible results through operational efficiencies and adapting the latest and most effective technology to make the system better.
Collaboration: I collaborate very closely with the entire MRIoA team and clients to ensure the operational processes are efficient and effective for all the team members at MRIoA and ensure that deliver on our mission and promise to our clients. Operations is a team effort and here at MRIoA collaboration is one of our key focuses.
Enthusiasm and Drive: Healthcare is a personal mission for me, I have been in the space for over two decades and have seen the best and worst of this industry and working to make the system better is what fuels me daily.
